From what age do you take clients?
I can only tattoo people who are at least 18 years old. If you are 16 or 17, both of your parents would have to come with you to the studio (each must show their ID) and sign an authorization form.
Where is the studio located? Is there parking available?
You’ll find the studio at Kriegsstraße 212, 76135 Karlsruhe. If you’re coming by car, it’s best to look for parking directly opposite the studio or on the nearby side streets, Lessingstraße and Moningerstraße. During the day, you can usually find free parking there without any problems.
Should I pay cash, card or bank transfer at the studio?
We kindly ask that you pay by EC card in the studio (cash payment is also possible).
Can I see my design before the appointment?
Unfortunately I never send designs for revisions for a few different reasons, you can read more information about this here: Why a tattoo artist won’t send a design for revision
Can I bring a friend, family member, or children to the appointment?
You’re welcome to bring one accompanying person. However, we strongly recommend coming to your tattoo appointment alone. This helps maintain a calm and focused atmosphere, allowing us to discuss and create your individual design together in peace—free from outside influences and in a relaxed working environment. Please do not bring children. A tattoo appointment requires a particularly focused and quiet atmosphere so we can fully concentrate on you and the work. Unfortunately, this calm, concentrated setting is not suitable for children. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare in advance so you can enjoy your session in a relaxed and distraction-free way.
Can I get the tattoo if I am taking a medication?
Unfortunately I’m not able to give any medical advice. If you have any medical condition that you think might cause a problem, please ask these questions in advance to your doctor.
Can I get a tattoo if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
I personally don’t recommend it. This is because there is almost no research on the topic, but mainly because getting a tattoo will always face some risks to anyone, and during pregnancy, those risks are higher. How long must I wait to exercise again?
Since a tattoo is permanent and the healing process extremely crucial, I always recommend just waiting until the tattoo is fully healed before going back to the gym or your usual sport. For how long have you been tattooing?
I have been tattooing professionally in a tattoo studio since October of 2021… before this time I had only done it sporadically and unprofessionally during the last year I lived in my country (2016-2017).
